perspective. Through extensive in-market research we have identified
a methodology that works; educate the consumer how to use the health
care product at the point of use - the waiting room.
Our focus is to
prepare the consumer for the health care interaction and the health
care process they will be engaged in while they are at the hospital
or in the doctor's office. This preparation helps establish the health
care consumer's expectations. By setting up an expectation of shared
consumer responsibility for the health care outcome, the consumer sees
satisfaction is directly related to their participation in the process.
We design consumer
satisfaction into the health care outcome. This helps provide patient
retention, patient referrals, and a reduced likelihood for an in-office
miscommunication that leads to malpractice threats.
